I tried to stay away but God knows I couldn't,
The only thing I can't resist is you.
Even if I know there's no way,
Something from the past has stirred within,
And for you I would die.
Fly with me, one last time,
But don't let me curse you accidentally.
You don't need to exist like me,
In a burning endless half-life like me.
You don't need me to mar your perfection,
You don't need me to be the dark to your light.
But you've become the light on the dark side of me.
So if you know what's good for you you'd run away,
But I don't know if I could let you go.
I can never be real again,
I can never be complete,
I will never be what I was,
I am forever the distorted image of fear and cold.
Oh night mine, eat me alive,
So I won't see the tears on the perfect face...
Let me out of your spell, mortal one,
Even if inside you are just like me,
None of this can ever be...
So let me go, break the spell,
Little perfect dream of mine,
And I will run in to tha night sky,
Forever alone,
Eternally solitary.
